Ah vous pensiez que je n'allais jamais donner de recettes hein?? Et bien voilà, en avant premiere, je vous dévoile ma recette du cheesecake, sans cuisson, goûtée et approuvée par les gourmands!!!
Hey, you thought i would never give any recipe?? here is the first one, in prime time, i give you my beloved recipe of my cheesecake without baking, tasted and approved by sweet teeths!!!
Ingrédients:
- biscuits or speculos (cinnamon shortbreads)
- 110g beurre fondu / Melted butter
Crème:
- 2 oeufs/ Eggs
- 5OOg fromage blanc (type Calin) / Fresh cheese, or cream cheese
- 100g mascarpone / Mascarpone
- 80g sucre cassonade / Brown sugar
- 70g sucre glace / Icing Sugar
- 1 gousse de vanille / Vanilla pod
- 1 jus de citron / Lemon juice
