Fuming Eagles Fan Throws Tub of Popcorn Towards Coach Nick Sirianni before Being Chased by Security

EAGLES fans are quick to turn on their team when things go poorly.

That didn't change after their loss to the Buccaneers on Monday night, and head coach Nick Sirianni got the worst of it.

Some Eagles fans were seen in the stands with paper bags over their heads, but others took it much further.

A viral video on social media shows a fan who made their way to the tunnel to get up close to Sirianni.

Sirianni was walking off the field with security chief Dom DiSandro when the fan chucked a bucket of popcorn at the duo.

"You're done, Nick! You're done, Nick! You're done! You're f***ing done!" the fan yelled.

It looked like the fan quickly regretted his decision as he took off for the exit after security noticed him.

Security guards chased him up the stands, but the video cut off before it could be seen if they were caught.

The Eagles' season ended poorly, but taking frustrations out on players and coaches crosses the line.

It is possible that Sirianni could be fired in the coming days, but he still doesn't deserve to have food thrown at him for taking a loss.

The Eagles ended up losing the game 32-9 and the Buccaneers moved on to face the Lions in the divisional round.

After the game, Jason Kelce also announced his retirement from the NFL.

Fortunately for him, no one threw anything at him when he exited the field for the last time.

NFL fans shared their displeasure with how the Eagles fans acted at the playoff game.

"Philly gonna Philly," one fan said.

"Eagles fans care more about football than their actual lives it’s so weird. I understand being upset. But throwing popcorn for a football game that doesn’t do anything for your life at the end of the day is so weird," another fan said.
