Info: An ice storm rolled into Bismarck, North Dakota, and North Dakota doesn't shut down for anything. My husband had to go to work and called me before heading home for a half day. He said it was ICY and to come watch. So I decided to capture the video for my social media because we post about our vehicles in general."
