Emmanuel Macron calls on French people to work out daily as Olympic Games approach

French President Emmanuel Macron urges French people to start exercising daily as Paris prepares to host the Olympic and Paralympic Games in 200 days. Posting a video clip of himself on X, formerly Twitter, in a T-shirt, boxing gloves slung over his shoulder and with a punching bag in the background, the president encourages his compatriots to work out for 30 minutes a day, "and longer if you can".
