Newcastle's Anthony Gordon gave this hilarious response to a Newcastle defender who wouldn't let go of his shirt.

The former Everton winger attempted to latch on to the end of a high ball played over the Sunderland defense in the FA Cup third round.

However, the Black Cats defender grabbed hold of his shirt preventing him from reaching the ball.

Angry with the foul, Gordon then walks back and says: 'You can have my shirt after the game if you want.'

Despite the feisty encounter, Sunderland was never able to lay a glove on a far superior Newcastle.

Pundits and fans before the game claimed this was a nightmare match-up for Eddie Howe's side, who have endured a tough run of form recently.

Out of the Champions League and Carabao Cup, it would have been a huge blow to also get knocked out of the FA Cup.

But a dominant 3-0 display from Newcastle got the job done, which saw two goals from Alexander Isak and a Sunderland own goal.
