Skier's flattering flat spin saves him from a polar disaster
  • 4 months ago
Neither the fear of losing the race nor any setbacks could deter Gabin Janet's enthusiasm to finish off his skiing escapade in style.

"This happened while I was in a race; I had already fallen in the first run, but I kept going and in the second run, I went full in, giving everything I had left," Gabin told WooGlobe. "But then came a compression, which led to me flying. When I was in the air, I saw that I had to try to spin to save my skin because I was really high in the air."

Gabin's instantaneous decision-making chops not only helped him avoid an injury but also allowed him to make it to the finish line!
