CJI DY Chandrachud फिर Supreme Court के Senior Advocate पर भड़के, कहा- कोर्ट ने निकलिए | वनइंडिया

CJI DY Chandrachud: सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) बेहद सख्त रवैये के माने जाते हैं. और बात जब अनुशासन की हो तो उनका रुख तो और भी कड़ा हो जाता है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ( Supreme Court ) के अनुशासन को एक वकील की तरफ से तोड़ने और उसपर गुस्सा होने का एक वाकया एक बार फिर सामने आया है. सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ भरी अदालत में एक वकील (Senior Lawyer) पर ऐसे भड़क उठे कि उन्हें अपनी कोर्ट से तुरंत बाहर निकल जाने तक को कह डाला. सवाल ये है कि वकील ने ऐसा क्या किया कि सीजेआई (CJI) को भारी गुस्सा आ गया. गौरतलब है कि इससे पहले भी सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ सीनियर एडवोकेट (Senior Advocate) और एसबीसीए के अध्यक्ष (SCBA President) विकास सिंह (Vikas Singh) को कोर्ट से फौरन बाहर निकलने को कह चुके हैं.
