Chicago Suburbs Crack Down on Unapproved Migrant Bus Dropoffs

At least four Chicago suburbs are considering proposals that would require bus operators to seek approval before dropping off migrants, in response to thousands of undocumented immigrants being bused from Texas to Chicago. Woodstock's city council is set to vote on an ordinance that would require coordination and approval for the transport of large groups, with fines of $10,000 plus $750 per passenger for non-compliance.
