00:38 However, the Serbian government has said the move does not mean it recognizes Kosovo's

00:44 Kosovo has said it will not allow Serbian number plates through its borders, while Serbia
00:48 does not acknowledge its independence.
00:50 The EU has said the number plates are a positive step towards improving and normalizing Serbia-Kosovo
