Nearly 600,000 road accidents recorded in 2023, says Bukit Aman

A total of 598,635 road accidents were reported nationwide from Jan 1 to Dec 30 last year, says Bukit Aman Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Department deputy director Datuk Mohd Nasri Omar.
He said this early Monday (Jan 1) morning after a New Year's Eve operation dubbed "Ops Ambang Tahun Baharu" at the Jalan Duta Toll Plaza in Kuala Lumpur.
