Firetrucks from the Bureau of Fire Protection together with fire volunteers, parade along EDSA in Quezon City on Sunday, Dec. 31, as part of the “Oplan Paalala-Iwas Paputok” program that aims to avoid firecracker-related incidents this upcoming New Year celebration.
