Step 1: Loading and Feeding
The first step in the rotary can washer process is the loading and feeding of the cans onto the conveyor system. Cans are placed on the conveyor, which then carries them into the rotary washer.

Step 2: Pre-Wash
In this stage, the cans pass through a pre-wash zone, subjected to a preliminary rinse.

Step 3: Main Wash
The main wash is the heart of the rotary can washer process. Here, the cans are exposed to high-pressure jets of hot water or a cleaning solution, depending on the specific requirements of the industry and the products being packaged.

Step 4: Rinse
After the main wash, the cans move into the rinse zone. In this stage, the containers are subjected to another round of high-pressure water jets.

Step 5: Final Rinse
For industries with particularly stringent cleanliness standards, a final rinse stage might be included.

Step 6: Drying
Once the cans have passed through the various cleaning and rinsing stages, they move to the drying section.

Step 7: Discharge
After completing the entire cleaning and drying process, the cans are discharged from the rotary can washer.
