Making Barbie Salad!

Hello everyone! Today we made Barbie Salad! It is also known as Dressed Herring, and endearingly referred to as "Herring under a Fur Coat." I hope you enjoy!

Here are some tips that I think are helpful that I may not have done in the video: Best to peel all the vegetables before cooking. Cook the beets separately from the carrots and potatoes so that they do not stain them. If you eat it for more than 1 day, cover it with foil or food wrap. To all who cook, bon appetite!
