Why Astronauts Should Never Drop A Tool In Space
  • 4 months ago
Picture this: you're an astronaut, floating around in the vastness of space, and oops, you drop a tool. Now, that innocent wrench or screwdriver becomes a high-speed projectile with no chill. In the vacuum of space, there's no air resistance to slow it down, so it turns into a mini missile capable of damaging spacecraft or, heaven forbid, another astronaut. It's like playing cosmic dodgeball, but with serious consequences. So, rule number one for spacewalks: hold on to your tools tighter than you'd hold your morning coffee. Because in space, the phrase "what goes up must come down" takes on a whole new, potentially hazardous meaning!
