Zia Butt traveled to 74 countries - left a salary of 8 hundred thousand Pakistani rupees - came back in love with Pakistan, and started selling quail soup.
Zai Butt, from Lahore, started selling quail soup four years ago. He did different courses as a chef and related to food hygiene in London. He also worked in various London restaurants as a chef. Speaking with UrduPoint anchor Abdullah Khan, he added that he wants to work for the nation and give people hygienic food, so he started this business.
