Many restaurants have been hard at work creating unique dishes inspired by traditional christmas dinner food.

Food spots are using roast dinner leftovers in innovative ways, or hoping to add a creative flair to disliked items - brussell sprouts, you either love them or hate them - and these dishes are on offer throughout the city.

We spoke to people in Manchester about christmas dinner-inspired grub.
