Clueless bully disappointed after dad makes him the butt of his balloon prank

Humorous footage has surfaced of a pup being blown away by his owner's prank.
The video kicks off with Edmund Pache blowing a balloon while chilling with his family. His pup, Ice, has his eyes fixated on the constantly inflating bag, having no idea what's in store for him.
Out of the blue, Edmund releases the air from the balloon and directs it at the pup's face, catching him off-guard and prompting a v-airy startled reaction.
"Safe to say that Ice the Bully didn't like it," the filmer, Katie Osborne, commented.
