Son Heung-Min has sparked even more injury concern for Tottenham following their 2-1 defeat at home to West Ham.

The South Korean international was seen limping off the pitch in the final minutes of the game last night.

Spurs are currently without several key players, such as James Maddison and Micky van de Ven who will be out until the New Year.

To add club captain Son to that list of injured players would certainly be a worry for Ange Postecoglou's side who are experiencing a run of bad form.

Opening up about his injury to Tottenham's in-house media team, the 31-year-old said: 'I had a big kick on my back, in the back of the bone, so we'll see.'

Asked whether he would be okay, he added: 'I haven't had time to assess it so we'll see what happens.'

Footage circulating across social media after the game shows the pacy forward to be wincing in pain on the bench.

Yesterday's defeat to the Hammers means Tottenham are winless in their last five matches.

Despite dominating for periods yesterday with the ball and possession, the North London side were not able to convert their chances.

Two break-away finishes by David Moyes's side meant their fierce rivals took all three points at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium.

Spurs next play Newcastle United on Sunday while West Ham will travel to Craven Cottage to face Fulham.
