CJI DY Chandrachud: सुपीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) के सीनियर लॉयर (Senior Lawyer) दुष्यंत दवे (Dushyant Dave) ने एक ओपन लेटर (Open Letter) सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) को लिखा है. इस लेटर में उन्होंने कई बातों का जिक्र किया है. साथ ही सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ से गुजारिश भी की है कि वो सुप्रीम कोर्ट में चल रही लिस्टिंग (Supreme Court Case Listing Process) की प्रक्रिया पर ध्यान देकर उनमें सुधार करें. दुष्यंत दवे ने कहा है कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट की रजिस्ट्री (Supreme Court Ragistry) की तरफ से मामलों की लिस्टिंग के बारे में कुछ घटनाओं से वो बेहद दुखी है. चलिए जानते हैं दुष्यंत दवे की तरफ से सीजेआई (CJI) को लिखे गए ओपन लेटर में और क्या क्या है.
