Former U.S. ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley raised over $500,000 at a fundraising event in New York attended by top Wall Street financiers. The event was held at the penthouse of former Facebook executive Campbell Brown and Dan Senor, chief public affairs officer at hedge fund Elliot Investment Management. Several co-hosts had ties to hedge fund founder Paul Singer, a longtime Republican donor. Attendees included executives from AQR Capital Management, JPMorgan Chase, Delphi Capital Management. Attendees were asked to donate between $3,300-$16,600 to benefit Haley's campaign. The 125-person event was considered her most successful fundraiser since launching her 2024 presidential campaign.
