don’t make me sorry (four freshmen acapella cover)

hey hey party people, i’m back with another cover! sorry it’s been forever (i guess not really since it was like 3 weeks ago since the last one) that i did a cover so i’m back with an acapella cover of a song called don’t make me sorry by the four freshmen, released in 1964. if you don’t know who the four freshmen are, they’re a 50s/60s jazz harmony group! i first heard of them from actually being a fan of the beach boys, brian wilson loves this group so i decided i wanted to give them a listen! i haven’t heard everything they’ve done yet, but when i heard don’t make me sorry, i couldn’t take it off repeat for awhile! it’s just such a great song, and the harmonies are soooo good. i knew i wanted to do a cover of it so i learned the parts and boom, this was made!
i had to rerecord it because i accidentally (very true to kaitlynn fashion) forgot to save it on audacity so when i reset my computer a few times, i hadn’t saved the file so i had to redo it, and i’m very happy with how it came out! i know i look different from the two videos on the left, those two were recorded before i went and got my hair dyed! anyways, i was super excited to share this with you all and i wanted to get it out before i have more days of work ahead of me and i wasn’t sure how tired i’d be to do it (which was the case yesterday and yes, the two on the right is me in my work uniform )
yes, this is posted at like 4am, but i have some time before i have to go to work, and i wanted to be in bed last night at 11 so i finished up and got everything ready to post this today as soon as possible ☺️ i’m doing a poll right now in my instagram stories letting you guys choose which song you want to be covered next, so go ahead and cast your vote! we’ll see what comes next! i also posted this on both my instagram and my soundcloud, so feel free to check it out! as always, if you like it, please share, it means a lot to me! hope you all are well! have a good one guys!
