Rio favela residents endure heat wave without electricity

Rocinha residents, in Brazil's largest favela, face the ongoing heat wave without electricity. The record-breaking heat, lasting for days, is hitting Brazil hard, with Rio de Janeiro experiencing a scorching heat index of 58.5°C.
