Marcos uses hologram to deliver
speech at Singapore's Fintech while in US


President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. is the first head of state to deliver a speech in hologram at the 2023 Singapore Fintech Festival, on Wednesday, Nov. 15, 2023. UnionDigital, the digital finance platform of UnionBank, initiated the use of the technology and artificial intelligence (AI) to enable the President to deliver his speech even as he was at the 30th Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC) in San Francisco California. It was the Monetary Authority of Singapore which requested Marcos' presence in the event.
