Prince Harry can continue his unlawful information gathering claims against a newspaper publisher, after a court decision. Associated Newspapers Limited (ANL), which publishes the Daily Mail, lost a bid to have the cases thrown out by the High Court. The Duke of Sussex is one of a group of high-profile individuals to have brought legal action against ANL, including Baroness Doreen Lawrence and Sir Elton John.
