00:00 Well on to Everton. Obviously since that international break they've done really well to pick up some fantastic results.
00:08 I mean beating the teams around them, likely Everton, I mean a fantastic win against Bournemouth, West Ham, Burnley obviously in the Carabao Cup.
00:18 A draw against Brighton is not bad on paper. Things are looking slightly more positive now for them in the last few weeks especially.
00:25 Yeah they are absolutely. You look at them games you say, when the international break was on you were looking at those fixtures and thinking this could be difficult for Everton.
00:35 Liverpool, don't expect anything out of it. Maybe if Karnataka gets sent off because they went Liverpool's way.
00:42 West Ham, difficult place to go and they're going to win there. Go on and get into the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup.
00:48 And then the end of points at Brighton as you say which was unfortunate because of an 84th minute on goal from Ashley Young.
00:56 Deflection just loops over Jordan Pickford. And Everton, they had chances in that game and they were good, albeit they didn't have a lot of the ball.
01:06 But they had a game plan that they firmly stuck to. And yeah there's a little bit of momentum building at Everton which I haven't been able to see for a while.
01:16 They just missed out on a chance to win 6-8 but they haven't beaten in the past three games.
01:23 And that's an achievement for Everton given what's gone on in the last few years.
01:28 Going to Crystal Palace, Everton are better on the roads we know this season so far than they are at home.
01:36 So you go on to sell it as part of them thinking Everton could get a result here to be honest with you.
01:40 They're not going there thinking if we pick up maybe a draw that Everton are going to be going there to win there.
01:46 Because maybe now the ambitions and the expectations have maybe changed a little bit.
01:54 Maybe instead of looking down the table now Everton fans are starting to look up it because of what they're seeing.
01:59 They're seeing a team who are well organised, well drilled, creating chances as well now and scoring goals.
02:07 Which you've got to say, Vitaly Mikhalenko chipping in there with a goal which is good to see.
02:13 And yeah I think Everton go to Palace with plenty of confidence.
