Bijapur, situated in the tribal-dominated Bastar region, is seeing a three-way fight between Mandavi, BJP heavyweight Mahesh Gagda and Ashok Telandi of the newly formed Hamar Raj Party. Bijapur assembly constituency went to polls on November 7.
