Here I share with you my full leg workout today, focused on quadriceps, hamstrings and glutes. 4set 10-25rept each exercise.

Use 15kg dumbbells, a heavy level elastic band, 3kg ankle weights and a fitball.

I complemented this routine with 40 minutes of stationary cycling.
