USC fired defensive coordinator Alex Grinch after a loss to Washington. Head coach Lincoln Riley broke the news on a Sunday. USC's defensive line coach, Shaun Nua, and inside linebackers coach, Brian Odom, are taking over as co-defensive coordinators for the rest of the season.
