National Unity Day, Also Known As Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, Is Observed On October 31 Every Year. The Day Is Dedicated To Honour Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, India’s First Home Minister. On October 31, 2023, The Country Will Observe The 148th Birth Anniversary Of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. In Recognition Of His Great Achievement In Contributing To The Merger Of Over 550 Princely Kingdoms Into The Union Of India, His Birthday Is Also Honoured As National Unity Day.
