Problem: Greenhead Lobster’s Refrigerated and Frozen Cooked Lobster meat have listeria monocytogenes contamination. This bacterium causes severe and life-threatening infections in the very young, the elderly, and in those with immune deficiencies. It can also cause miscarriages and stillbirths.

Sold: In Maine and new Hampshire but then distributed nationwide.

Actions: Contact Greenhead Lobster at recall@greenheadlobster.com to check if the lobster in your fridge or freeze is affected. Meanwhile, until you are certain, don’t consume any of this lobster meat. To be on the safe side, return any of those product to the place of purchase for a refund.
