This Christmas will definitely be beautiful. Nothing to take away from the past ones, but with each new one, the expectations are always greater. I am alert, standing on the sofa in my beautiful home, close to the large Christmas tree full of shiny balls and lights. Behind me, a large window, where a good part of the city is clearly visible. When the snow peeps out in these days of bitter cold, seeing it fall lightly, cheers up the spirit, confirming that this year too Christmas will be a great magic.

Questo Natale, sarà sicuramente bellissimo. Nulla togliere a quelli passati, ma ogni nuovo le aspettative sono sempre più grandi. Io me ne sto vigile, ritto sul divano della mia bellissima casa, a ridosso del grande albero di Natale ricco di sfere e lucine brillanti. Alle mie spalle una grande vetrata, dove è ben visibile buona parte della città. Quando in questi giorni di freddo pungente fa capolino la neve, vederla fioccare leggera, rallegra lo spirito, dando conferma che, anche quest'anno il Natale sarà una grande magia.
Ah dimenticavo: Io sono Carmelo e sono un gatto siculo.
