Greek minister break down in tears as he apologises for failing public amid deadly fires

Greece's Deputy Civil Protection Minister Nikos Hardalias was reduced to tears as he spoke to the press about the state of the Evia Island fires. In footage shared by the BBC, Mr Hardalias apologised to the public over the raging fires in Greece, saying every life lost is “a strike to our hearts”.
