Every state and territory in Australia except Canberra votes no in referendum

A representative body of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people -- the First Peoples' Assembly of Victoria -- is mourning the result of yesterday's referendum. The community of members are gathering in Melbourne to hear from speakers and remind people of the progress towards treaty in Victoria.
