It’s gonna cost you a lot more than $18, Stefon Diggs. The Bills’ superstar wide receiver was fined $13,659 for unsportsmanlike conduct for his Steve “Stone Cold” Austin-themed touchdown celebration during the team’s Week 4 win over the Dolphins, according to NFL Network. After hauling in an 11-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter to help extend Buffalo’s lead to 21-14, Diggs ran over to the fans, took two beers and smashed them together, mimicking the professional wrestling icon’s famous iconic move and spraying fans in the process. After the game, Diggs joked “yeah, I owe somebody $18,” when asked about the celebration. Turns out that was the least of it. The touchdown was one of three that Diggs caught amid a monster day, hauling in six catches for 120 yards in the blowout win. “I was happy,” Diggs said after the game. “This football thing, you never know how it’s gonna show up. … I feel like we came out with the right mindset of guys are blocking their asses off. The touchdowns, it’s all the glitz and the glam, but the big guys don’t get enough credit. You need a lot of things to happen for me to catch the ball and for me to make some plays, so I want to give them all the credit.”
