Police have released harrowing dash cam footage showing the moment a drink-driver killed her 17-year-old friend when she crashed her car following a house party.

Phoebe Johnson was a passenger in a Seat Leon being driven by pal Melissa Keilloh, 20, which crashed in Swadlincote, Derbyshire, on October 23, 2021.
