The Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, also known as the Gulf Cooperation Council, comprising Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates is a regional, intergovernmental, political, and economic union.
