A 6.2 Magnitude Earthquake Struck West Nepal And Its Tremors Jolted Several Parts Of North India. Parts Of The Delhi-National Capital Region Experienced Strong Tremors On October 3. The Time Between Earthquakes Was Less Than An Hour. According To A Representative Of The National Centre For Seismology (NCS), The 6.2 Magnitude Jolt Occurred At 2:51 PM After The 4.6 Magnitude Quake Struck West Nepal At A Depth Of 10 Km. At 3:06 PM And 3:19 PM, Two More Earthquakes With Magnitudes 3.6 And 3.1 Struck The Same Area At Depths Of 15 Km And 10 Km, Respectively. The Trembling Continued For About A Minute. Delhi Police Took To X And Appealed To People To Vacate Offices And Reach A Safe Spot. Nepal Is Very Susceptible To Earthquakes Because It Is Located In One Of The Most Active Tectonic Zones In The Globe (Seismic Zones IV And V).
