Queen health fears: Monarch told to ‘pace herself’ so she can make Prince Philip memorial

This comes after it was revealed that the 95-year-old monarch will not be able to attend the Commonwealth Service at Westminster Abbey later today. Prince Charles will be attending the event in her place. Announcing her absence, Buckingham Palace said: "After discussing the arrangements with the royal household, the Queen has asked the Prince of Wales to represent Her Majesty at the Commonwealth Service at Westminster Abbey on Monday. "The Queen will continue with other planned engagements, including in-person audiences, in the week ahead." The Palace did not provide details on the reason for her absence. Prince Philip's memorial service will take place at the same venue on March 29.  The ...
