We got our hands on some of the pages from the Twin Chefs’ cookbook. For this recipe, they use to dark chocolate to make those leeches slightly more palatable!

1. Melt the butter.
2. Spread the puff pastry sheet onto a flour-dusted surface.
3. Cut two rectangles of 16x20cm.
4. Cover one rectangle with the melted butter, then sprinkle sugar and cinnamon, according to taste, on it.
5. Cover the rectangle with the second one. Pinch the sides to seal it.
6. Cut into 2cm strips. Take them by the ends and twist them 3 to 6 times.
7. Shape them into leeches and then bake for 10 mins at 190°C.
8. Melt dark chocolate and cover the leeches with it when they are done.
9. Put in the fridge for 15 mins to harden the chocolate.
