This is the moment two balaclava-clad men armed with a shotgun shoot at a woman’s house as she is heard making a desperate 999 call.
Dale Poppleton and Ali Abbas attended the house in Bradford on 11 January. CCTV footage has captured them trying to force their way into the property. When the woman tries to see what is happening, a shot is fired at the window.
Poppleton and Abbas admitted possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
Poppleton, 42, has been jailed for eight-and-a-half years, while Abbas, 18, has been sent to a young offender’s institution for four years and two months.
