Mourners lay tributes for girl murdered in Croydon

A 17-year-old boy has been charged with the murder of a 15-year-old girl in Croydon, south London. The update comes a day after a vigil was held for the victim, Elianne Andam, with mourners gathering to lay flowers, light candles and console each other.
