Armed police storm house to end 27 hour siege after man barricaded himself inside

Armed police have ended a dramatic siege by storming a house to arrest a man who barricaded himself inside for 27 hours.
Officers were called to Osborn Road, in Sparkbrook, Birmingham, after a disorder involving weapons was reported at 11.30pm on Monday night (25/9).
A 31-year-old man locked himself inside the property and refused to come out leading to a tense stand-off which lasted until 2am today (Wed). Video via SWNS.
