Biden sued Giuliani and Robert Costello
on Sept. 26, CBS News reports.
The president's son claims that the two men
hacked and altered data on his external hard drive. .
The lawsuit alleges that they "dedicated an
extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking
for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that
they were given that was taken or stolen.".
Giuliani and Costello claim to have gotten the hard drive in 2020 from a computer store owner who says Biden dropped off his laptop for repairs and never came back to get it.
Biden has also sued the computer store owner.
A spokesperson for Giuliani
issued a statement.
