Witches, 'dead' bodies and huge spider webs have all been spotted on Moor Road in Chorley by excited children and passersby after three neighbours decided to provide the Halloween chill factor early. Laura Birchall, Melissa Alston and Tracey Ellison have all dedicated over 60 hours' work to decorating their homes in time for the spooky season.
