CJI DY Chandrachud on Chandrababu Naidu: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में चीफ जस्टिस ऑफ इंडिया (Chief Justice of India) डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (DY Chandrachud) ने आंध्र प्रदेश के पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री (Former Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh) चंद्रबाबू नायडू (Chandrababu Naidu) को निराश कर दिया। दरअसल चंद्रबाबू नायडू की ओर से उनके वकील कोर्ट में पेश हुए थे (Chandrababu Naidu Appeal)। चंद्रबाबू नायडू अपने ऊपर दर्ज FIR को रद्द करवाना चाहते हैं, ऐसे में उनके वकील चाहते थे, कि सीजेआई डीवाई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI DY Chandrachud) आंध्र प्रदेश के पूर्व सीएम की दरखास्त पर तत्काल सुनवाई कर लें। लेकिन ऐसा हो ना सका और सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) ने इस पर खरा सा जवाब देते हुए कह दिया, कि वे आउट ऑफ टर्न यानि तय समय से पहले सुनवाई नहीं करेंगे। ये कहते हुए उन्होंने नायडू (Naidu) के वकील से कल आने को कहकर रवाना कर दिया। लिहाज़ा नायडू सुप्रीम कोर्ट से जो फौरी राहत की उम्मीद लगाए बैठे थे, उस पर पानी फिर गया। दरअसल आंध्र प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री और TDP चीफ चंद्रबाबू नायडू पर कौशल विकास निगम घोटाला (Skill Development Corporation Scam) मामले में FIR दर्ज की गई है। (CJI) (CJI DY Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud) (CJI Chandrachud Statement) (Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud) (Chief Justice DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Of India DY Chandrachud) (Chief Justice Chandrachud)
