Ingredients:
Eggs 3
Sugar 45 gram
Vanilla essence 5 drops
Pistachio powder 100 gram
Flour 45 gram
Oil 20 ml
Milk 10 ml
Color 5 drops
Method:
In a bowl add eggs, sugar, and vanilla mix and whisk until fluffy. Now add flour and after beating with a batter add oil and milk and bake in a 12x18 baking tray at 180°C for 10 to 12 minutes. After cooling it. Meanwhile prepare the filling 100 grams of pistachio powder, color, and 50 grams of condensed milk in 200 grams of whipped whipping cream mix.
