NO BAKE CHEESECAKE WRITTEN RECIPE :
INGREDIENTS :
• whipped cream ( whippy whip) 300 g
• cream cheese spread 250 g
• Icing sugar 60 g
• Biscuits for base
• mini cups 10
METHOD :
• In a large bowl, beat whipped cream until stiff.
• In another bowl add the original cream cheese spread, add icing sugar, and whisk until the sugar dissolves.
• Now add cream cheese mix into whipped cream & set aside in the refrigerator.
• Meanwhile, crush the biscuits for the base.
• Lay the crushed biscuits in the base of each cup and set aside.
• Pour the 80 - 85 g cheesecake mix on top of the biscuit base.
• Top with Nutella or lotus biscoff
• Chill in the fridge for 4 hours before serving.
