Road rage murder accused stands trial over death of 70yo man in Adelaide's CBD

The Supreme Court has heard a road rage killing on Adelaide's West Terrace was triggered when the victim became angry at a taxi driver for merging into his lane. The taxi's passenger is now on trial for murder having attacked the 70 year old motorist then kicking him in the head while he was bending over.
