00:00 Obviously you have to fight for every point in this league, but there's probably a range of teams that we can compete with at the moment from what I've observed in the last four games.
00:14 We've played Villar, City, Tottenham and of course even though we had moments and showed good signs in moments, we weren't able to have a complete performance yet.
00:24 I thought today was at least even and depending on which side of the fence you sit on you'll probably think you deserve three points.
00:35 But for me the key thing is if we stay in these games and we can just keep improving, our team has got so much progress still to go and that's the exciting part for us.
00:48 At this moment in time in these types of games we're there, but in the future I think there's room for much further improvement.
00:58 There are some players who are doing things that when the structure is right will have so much more impact even.
01:04 I have a decent business brain and I have a decent coaching brain, but when it comes to the laws and legalities I switch off.
01:15 I can't handball this way, handball that way. They come and explain it to us every time and I've made the decision to just trust that they know what they're doing and that they have the right intentions.
01:29 So it's not something that I want to discuss too much because I can't change it now anymore.
01:36 It's a shame because the effort he puts in for the team and how he's establishing himself in this league, I think that's something that you have to put forward first.
01:52 But he made a mistake and my take on it is I'm a little bit more cautious because he has been very open about mental health in the past.
02:04 So I will step away from it and just say, "Okay, make sure that you're ready for the next game." He's done brilliant for the team. He knows himself.
02:16 For me the main thing is that we get him back to the level where he was before the red card.
