Cop TRASH-TALKING News Reporters - September 15, 2023

This is what the sheriff's department in Caldwell Parish, Louisiana thinks about the Constitutionally-protected free and fair press.

At 18:45 hours (6:45 PM) on September 15th, 2023, Caldwell Parish Sheriff's Office deputies were working traffic for a high-school football game, and a news crew arrived to cover the game. When a deputy asked where he wanted the news reporters to go (obviously meaning where to park them), the chief deputy snarkily stated "Back to Monroe!" Another patrol deputy was heard laughing, then chief snarkily stated that he'd park them in a handicap space - in other words, calling them a very offensive word starting with an R that they couldn't say over the radio.

This agency has a deep hatred of the news media, as reporters had already dug into and exposed their false arrest of a school band director for personal reasons, false arrest of an area police chief for political reasons, half-million dollar embezzlement scheme, one excessive force incident, and other misconduct over the last 4 years.

Additionally, the sheriff is up for re-election and several deputies have been calling the challengers' supporters nasty names including that R-word.
